Bee Season has officially arrived and with it 20 hour work days! Ok mostly for poor Blaine... but it stinks for me too. I have been doing all the paperwork, answering the phone calls, and running lots of errands, which I don't mind at all, but because of the fact I am 8 months pregnant (thats right I am 8 months pregnant just four little short weeks to go haha) and because I have been babysitting the neighbors children in the evenings I can't go out and work with Blaine in the bee yard and its way depressing! I love being in the yard counting hives and frames and going out with Blaine to be his helper. I have gone out with him once or twice on little deliveries but I noticed I mostly slow him down because I run like a fat kid! Its also hard because Blaine is so busy and I am stuck at home so I don't get to spend as much time with him and pretty sure my pregnancy hormones are making me extra needy because I have noticed I get all whinny when he leaves and I call him like every hour. He told me "you call your husband more than anyone else I know." Oh well I blame it on all these pregnancy hormones making me a crazy person.
Speaking of being a crazy person - I have so much to get done before this baby gets here!! I finally sat down and made a list and pretty sure it just made me even more overwhelmed! I just can't wait for this little guy to get here. I am getting super uncomfortable. Sleeping at night is a joke. And I have never had such bad back pain before in my life. I get heartburn from everything - even cereal. But meeting my little Blainers (I call him this because I can already tell he is going to be a carbon copy of his dad) will make all of it worth it.
I had a doctor's apt Monday and he guessed the weight of the baby to be about 5 pounds which calmed my fears of having a big baby like my mom did (don't know how you did it mom, but thank you!) I have now have weekly apts because I am so close to the end.
I just can't for bee season to be over because Blaine and I can focus on our little addition! Gosh he is a kicker I can't even be on the computer for 5 minutes without him going crazy in there. haha
